Meet the Team

Tina- Manager/Decorator has many years of managing experience and loves the customers she comes across at Smallcakes. Tina is also a graduate from Monroe College with a degree in Baking and Pastry Arts. While attending college there she and a team of students won the Marc Sarrazin Cup, which is the top honor at the Salon of Culinary Art Competition. As a young girl Tina always loved to draw and she has maintained that passion by expressing her decorating skills through her cupcakes and cookies. She loves the feeling of being free to create and touch base with designs she has never done before because she is always willing to learn new things. Tina really loves interacting with the public and making customers happy that walk through our doors on a daily, so give Tina a call and tell her what idea you have in mind for your next upcoming event because she would love to help!

While we offer gourmet cupcakes without nuts and/or gluten, all of our desserts are made fresh every day in the same kitchen. Though safety and sanitation are of the utmost importance to us, the potential for cross-contamination does exist.

Our kitchen regularly prepares items with peanuts, tree nuts, nut oils and butters, and gluten, and therefore, cannot be certified as a nut-free or gluten-free product.
