Meet the Team
Manager/Decorator Tina has many years of managing experience and loves the customers she meets at Smallcakes. Tina is a graduate of Monroe College with a degree in Baking and Pastry Arts. While attending college, she and a team of students won the Marc Sarrazin Cup, which is the top honor at the Salon of Culinary Art Competition.
As a young girl Tina loved to draw and she maintains that passion by expressing her decorating skills through her cupcakes and cookies. She loves being free to experiment with new designs because she loves to learn new things. Tina loves making customers happy so give her a call to discuss ideas for your upcoming event!
